OFF TO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
November 9th will be a big day for 4 Barrie martial arts as it is their first day competing at the World Karate & Kickboxing Championships in Florida.
The event is a weeklong competition attracting European, South American and North American countries. The best competitors bring everything they have in hopes of winning gold and the title of “World Champion”.
Training under Tressa Young from RMA Karate Centres, who is a multiple world champion herself, gives the four the upper hand needed to be part of the Canadian team and to come home from the world championships with medals.
